This mod is for CubeCart 4.  Are you looking for a similar mod for CubeCart 3?

This CubeCart mod allows you to easily setup individual quantity discounts for any of your products.  The quantity discounts can be setup quickly and easily within the Admin -> Add/Edit Product pages.

Discounts are advertised on the product details pages within the storefront.  Also within the checkout pages, below the totals, the customer will be told the total quantity discount that they have received (displayed in dollars or their selected currency).

New features (these features were not in the similar CC3 mod)

• Quantity discount prices can be imported when using the CubeCart 4 Import Catalogue feature.
• Within the checkout pages the customer is told the total quantity discount that they have received.

Features:

• Quantity discounts are given when a customer purchases the minimum quantity (or more) of a particular product.
• When a customer qualifies for a discount, the discount is automatically applied to their basket.
• The correct (discounted) prices are displayed within the shopping cart box and within the checkout pages.

Important notes:

• Product Options - The price of any product options will not be affected, the discount only affects the base product price.  Example: Product is $10.00, with size 'Large' that adds $2.00 to the price, quantity discount price is $7.50 each for 5 or more.  If the customer purchases 5 in size 'Large' the cost will be $9.50 each.  (May change in a future version by allowing quantity discounts to be entered as percentages - contact me if you would like this feature)
• If you had Product Pricing & Quantity Discounts for CubeCart 3 and have upgraded to CubeCart 4, note that the database design has changed and your quantity discounts will need to be entered again or included in a catalogue import.

Integration with other mods:

This mod can be installed with Dynamic Product Prices, but note that the quantity discount prices and savings amounts will not be dynamically updated when different product options are selected.

This mod has (or will be) fully integrated with the following customer group mods and discount mods.  To avoid customers receiving excessive discounts when combining deals, care has been taken to ensure that each product is only discounted once by any quantity discount mods and once by any customer group mods.

Version: 1.1  (Updated September 25, 2008 - Fixed minor bug when used with Customer Groups - Product Prices, this bug only arose when quantity discounts were given to customer groups but NOT given to regular customers)
